MARSHALL - A vehicle window was broken in a damage to property incident reported at 7:18 a.m. Monday on the 800 block of Woodfern Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of domestic assault charges on a Marshall man, 43, in an incident reported at 3:41 a.m. Monday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A gray tabby cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 8:18 p.m. Sunday on Heritage Circle, Marshall Police said.

BALATON - A purse was reported found at 2:55 p.m. Sunday on the 1000 block of Lake Yankton Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - An incident described as all other was reported at 1:52 p.m. Sunday on the 200 block of 4th Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 12:57 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of North Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A burglary incident reported at 11:31 a.m. Sunday on Cullen Circle is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A lost child reported was returned to family in an incident reported at 7:20 p.m. Saturday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - An assist incident was reported at 4:59 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of East 5th Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON - A burglary incident reported at 1:01 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of South Central Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - An incident described as all other was reported at 12:41 a.m. Saturday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

LYON COUNTY - A cooler full of beverages was reported found at 12:34 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Lyon County Road 51 and U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

FLORENCE - An incident reported at 10:35 p.m. Friday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 6:39 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of Elm Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

LYON COUNTY - A Marshall man, 24, was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 2:58 p.m. Friday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Lyon County Road 6, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MINNEOTA - A suspicious incident was reported at 12:48 p.m. Friday on the 400 block of North Monroe Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON - A burglary incident reported at 9:23 a.m. Friday on the 2100 block of U.S. Highway 14 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 1988 Pontiac driven by a Marshall woman, 81, and a 2000 Mitsubishi driven by a Ghent woman, 19, both received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 12:13 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Susan Drive, Marshall Police said.

Two people were injured in a personal injury accident reported at 11:37 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 33, Minnesota State Patrol said. A 2001 Dodge driven by Mark Harbo, 54, of Balaton, received moderate damage, and a 2011 Merzedes driven by Annette Mohs, 31, of Paynesville, received severe damage, Patrol said. Both Harbo and Mohs were taken to Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries, Patrol said.
