REDWOOD FALLS - Services for Ethel Keil, 74, of Redwood Falls will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. Visitation is from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at the Redwood Valley Funeral Home and will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Wednesday. Burial is in Redwood Falls Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Redwood Cemetery Association, Friends of the Animal Shelter or Redwood Area Hospice. Stephens Funeral Service - Redwood Valley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
She died Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, at Garnette Gardens after 32 months of battling basal cell and aggressive squamous cell carcinomas.
She was born Sept. 19, 1937, in Springfield, to Herman and Gurina (Sorbel) Potter.
Survivors include her daughters Kristine Skorseth of Hendricks and Kari Priebe of Waseca; two granddaughters; a sister, Marilynn Lau of Waseca; sisters-in-law Carol Potter of Renville and Ramona Potter of Redwood; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
