NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
JOINT DITCH 12 L & R BRANCH 1
NOTICE HIS HERBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing has been set for
Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at 2:45 p.m. to be held before the Joint Drainage Authority for Joint Ditch 12 L & R Branch 1.
The hearing will be held at the Lyon County Government Center, 607 West Main Street, Marshall, MN.
The purpose of the hearing is to accept the petition and viewer's report on the petition from Richard Vroman for an outlet into Joint Ditch 12 L & R Branch 1.
Any party objecting to the acceptance of the viewer's report may appear and be heard.
