STEWARTVILLE - Mass of Christian Burial for Bernadine L. Peterson, 77, of Stewartville will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Bernards Catholic Church in Stewartville. Visitation is from 4-7 p.m. today at Griffin-Gray Funeral Home in Stewartville, with a prayer service at 7 p.m., and one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

She died Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012, from complications of cancer at Methodist Hospital in Rochester.
She was born Dec. 30, 1934, in Farmington, to Lawrence and Rose (Tutewohl) Davis.
Survivors include her six daughters and one son, Karen Maher of Marshall, Dorothy Wilkison of Sioux Falls, S.D., Kathy Ellefson of Slayton, Douglas of Kasson, Jean Peterson of Stewartville; Jane Peterson of Stewartville; Brenda Gullickson of West Concord; 19 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Lawrence Davis of Rochester, Gerald Davis of Ft. Scott, Kan. and Luverne Davis of Utica.
