LYON COUNTY - A reciprocal incident reported at 2:22 p.m. Wednesday is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A black and white puppy was taken to animal impound in an animal complaint reported at 10:19 a.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2001 Toyota received moderate damage in a hit-and-run incident reported at 10:32 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A lost purse and contents was reported at 2:09 p.m. Wednesday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 26, was arrested on a Lyon County Probation apprehend and detain order and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 3:23 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a jewelry case and its contents reported at 3:24 p.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East Lyon Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - Three people were injured in a personal injury accident reported at 6:07 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Minnesota Highway 19, Marshall Police said. A 2004 Chevrolet driven by a Tracy man, 71, received moderate damage, and a 1997 Plymouth driven by Shouana Lee of St. Paul received moderate damage, Police said. Lee was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, along with her passengers, Lisa Vang and Jennifer Lee, Police said.

MARSHALL - A road sign struck a 2001 Chevrolet in an incident reported at 8:29 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of Lyon County Road 7 and Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said. The incident was reported for insurance purposes, Police said.
