MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 23, was arrested for driving after revocation and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 6:09 a.m. Friday near Super America, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of fifth degree assault charges on a Marshall man, 25, in an incident reported at 1:17 a.m. Friday at the intersection of North 3rd Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 22, was cited for public consumption in an incident reported at 12:49 a.m. Friday, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - A suspicious incident was reported at 11:54 p.m. Thursday near Bauer Automotive, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA - A hit and run incident was reported at 9:26 p.m. Thursday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 39, was arrested for giving a false name and date of birth to a peace officer and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 2:45 p.m. Thursday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A bicycle reported found at 2:42 p.m. Thursday on the 300 block of North 1st Street was on private property, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An animal bite incident reported at 1:42 p.m. Thursday on the 500 block of Lynd Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Minneota woman, 19, was cied for driving after suspension in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 12:11 p.m. Thursday on Minnesota Highway 23 near East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD - Parties in a verbal argument reported at 12:35 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of West 1st Street were separated, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 52, was cited for dog at large in an animal complaint incident reported at 12:10 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Charles Avenue, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL - Theft of flower pots from the Russell Cemetery was reported at 9:27 a.m. Thursday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 35, was arrested for domestic assault and disorderly conduct and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 7:56 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Hamden Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An incident reported at 7:52 a.m. Thursday was handled by Human Services, Marshall Police said.
