ORDINANCE NUMBER 660, SECOND SERIES

ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 86 OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO ZONING

The Common Council of the City of Marshall does ordain as follows:

Section 1. Chapter 86 of the City Code and the City of Marshall Zoning Map referred to in Section 86-72, are hereby further amended as follows, to- wit:

All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1/4NW1/4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township One Hundred Eleven (111) North, Range Forty-one (41) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot One (1), Block One (1) Water-Bus Addition to the City of Marshall; thence North 00o31'33" West 340.01 feet along the west line of Lot One (1), Bock One (1) and Outlot C of Water?Bus Addition to the northwest corner of said Outlot C; thence South 89o54'30" West along the south line of Outlot B of Water-Bus Addition a distance of 128.11 feet; thence South 00o31'33" East a distance of 340.01 feet; thence North 89o54'30" East a distance of 128.11 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract containing 1.00 acres more or less.

And

All of Water-Bus Addition in the City of Marshall, except Lot 1 Block 1, already zoned B-3 and outlot D zoned A (Agricultural) and street right of ways.

State of Minnesota, County of Lyon

These tracts, containing 27.36 acres, more or less, is hereby removed from the A?Agricultural District and placed in the B?3 General Business District.

Section 2. Within thirty (30) days after official publication of the Ordinance, the Zoning Administrator of said City is directed to record on the City of Marshall Zoning Map, the changes in zoning resulting from the passage of this ordinance.

Section 3. Except as amended herein, said Chapter 86, as heretofore amended, shall remain in full force and effect.

Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage and publication.
