MARSHALL - A report is being sent to the city attorney for consideration of charges of hit and run in an incident reported at 10:25 a.m. Friday on the 400 block of Country Club Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A man was arrested for giving false name and date of birth to a police officer and forgery and taken to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 12:18 p.m. Friday on North 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A criminal sexual incident reported at 9:09 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A man was cited for driving after revocation and arrested on a Pipestone County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:53 a.m. Saturday by Freedom Park, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A damage to property incident reported at 8:49 a.m. Saturday on the 300 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A men's bicycle and backpack was found and taken to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:54 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A man was cited for exhibition driving and wrong address on driver's license in an incident reported at 5:44 p.m. Saturday on the intersection of Main Street and B Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle was towed when it was left in the roadway and an owner was nowhere to be found in an incident reported at 8:11 p.m. Saturday on the intersection of Whitney Street and College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A man was arrested for fourth degree DWI, having a blood alcohol level of .08 or more, open bottle, no insurance, driving without headlamps and no Minnesota driver's license in an incident reported at 12:07 a.m. Sunday on Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Burglary reported at 12:14 a.m. Sunday on the 500 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A property damage accident was reported at 3:53 p.m. Friday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said. No further information was available.
