Hochstein, Louwagie
MARSHALL - Steven Louwagie and Holly Hochstein announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Randy and Connie Hochstein of Windom and Greg and Diane Louwagie of Marshall. Hochstein is a 2006 graduate of Windom High School and received her degree in justice administration and chemical dependency from SMSU this spring. Louwagie is a 2002 graduate of Marshall High School and received his degree in law enforcement from Alexandria Technical College in 2004. Hochstein is a counselor at Project Turnabout and Louwagie is an investigator for the Lyon County Sheriff's Department. The couple is planning a July wedding.
