On Thursday, the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference announced its 2011-12 spring All-Academic teams.
To be eligible, the student-athlete must be a member of the varsity traveling team and must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 or better. The student-athlete must have reached sophomore athletic and academic standing at his/her school, and must have completed at least one full academic year at that school.
For the Mustangs, eight baseball players, seven softball player, five golfers and two tennis players were named to this year's teams.
