Nearly 200 children got "In the Zone" at the second annual Fellowship of Christian Athletes Marshall Area Junior Sports Clinic Wednesday at Marshall High School. The turnout surpassed the expectations of FCA camp director Robin Knudson. "It's been awesome," she said. "It's more than I ever could have anticipated. We've had a great day." A total of 186 campers in grades 3-8 attended the all-day clinic, which is designed to develop athletic skills while strengthening their faith. Fifty-one high school and college students served as huddle leaders throughout the day, while 11 coaches and 20 other adults volunteered their time as well.
Campers got to take part in different games, such as dodgeball, soccer, and giant bowling.
