Chuck Obler, fisheries technician with the Windom Area Fisheries Office, unloads some of the 50 pounds of sunfish into the pond at Independence Park in Marshall on Tuesday. The fish are bluegills and pumpkinseed. Obler said fish are about 6 inches long and will grow fast. The DNR has stocked nine fishing holes in the region, including at Swift Lake Park in Tracy and at Talcot, southeast of Slayton.
