MARSHALL - A door was damaged in a damage to property incident reported at 9:41 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Lynd man, 18, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 11:34 a.m. Monday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Lost documents were reported at 12:01 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Identity theft was reported at 12:06 p.m. Monday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 36, was arrested and cited for driving after suspension and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:40 p.m. Monday on Lilac Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Russell man, 43, was arrested for driving after cancellation and no insurance and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 6:28 p.m. Monday on the intersection of Oak Street and Kossuth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A rat terrier was released to its owner after fees were paid in an animal complaint reported at 6:54 p.m. Monday on the intersection of 5th Street and Pleasant Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A verbal warning was issued for loud music but was turned down when the officer arrived in an incident reported at 10:39 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of Rainbow Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 26, was arrested and cited for two counts of theft and one count of fleeing peace officer and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 3:27 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - No report was in on a property damage accident reported at 3:34 p.m. Monday on the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 3:48 p.m. Monday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
