PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held on the amendment of the following section(s) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Marshall:
CHAPTER 86 - ZONING
Sec. 86-1 Definitions
86-104 B-3 General Business District
Sec. 86-105 B-4 Shopping Center Business District
Sec. 86-106 I-1 Limited Industrial District
Sec. 86-107 General Industrial District
The Public Hearing will be held before the Marshall City Council on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, in the Professional Development Room of the Marshall Middle School located at 401 South Saratoga Street.
