MARSHALL - Jessica Dawn Ralls, 34, of Marshall pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court May 1 to charges of financial transaction card fraud, court records said. Ralls used another person's card to make charges of more than $25 in Marshall on Feb. 16 and had a prior financial transaction card fraud conviction in 2011, court records said. A pre-sentencing investigation was ordered, and a sentencing hearing was set for June 12.

MARSHALL - Shane Alexander Filter, 18, of Marshall appeared in Lyon County District Court May 1 on charges of intent to escape tax and theft. A complaint alleges Filter stole license plates from another person's vehicle in Marshall on March 8, in an attempt to avoid title transfer and license plate costs on a vehicle he had purchased. A hearing was set for May 15.

MARSHALL - Christian Olzog-Linville, 24, of Marshall pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court May 1 to charges of disorderly conduct, court records said. Olzog-Linville argued with and threatened a woman in Marshall on April 9, court records said. A pre-sentencing investigation was ordered, and a sentencing hearing was set for June 12.

MARSHALL - Rolland Eugene Johnson, Jr., 19, of Marshall appeared in Lyon County District Court May 1 on charges of first degree criminal sexual conduct and second degree criminal sexual conduct. A complaint alleges Johnson sexually assaulted two victims under the age of 13 in Marshall in incidents in 2011 and March 2012. A hearing was set for May 15. A motion to reduce bail for Johnson was denied.

MARSHALL - Cordaro Dwayne Washington, 19, of Marshall appeared in Lyon County District Court May 1 on charges of second degree burglary. A complaint alleges Washington stole a video game system and money from a residence in Marshall on March 24 or March 25. A hearing was set for June 12.

MARSHALL - Luke Allen Coquyt, 23, of Grantsburg, Wis., appeared in Lyon County District Court May 1 on charges of possession of stolen property, fleeing a peace officer, open bottle, two counts of reckless driving, fifth degree assault, disorderly conduct and illegal use of license plates. A complaint alleges Coquyt was in possession of a stolen vehicle in Marshall on April 14 and jumped from a moving vehicle and fled a peace officer during a traffic stop on April 17. A hearing was set for May 29.

MARSHALL - Rogelio Diaz, 28, of Clarkfield pleaded innocent in Lyon County District Court May 1 to charges of aggravated forgery and giving a false name and date of birth to a peace officer, court records said. A complaint alleges Diaz gave a false name and date of birth to a peace officer during a theft investigation in Marshall on May 21, 2011. A pretrial hearing was set for June 1. A jury trial was set for June 6, with a date certain of Aug. 16.

MARSHALL - Kamal Cherqaoui Kehelaouinet, 39, of Marshall appeared in Lyon County District Court May 1 on two counts of sale of synthetic cannabinoid charges, two counts of possession of synthetic cannabinoid charges and possession of drug paraphernalia charges. A complaint alleges Kehelaouinet sold synthetic marijuana in separate incidents in Marshall on Feb. 15 and April 4. A hearing was set for May 15.

MARSHALL - Tiffany Valentina Deutz, 22, of Marshall pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court May 1 to charges of third degree driving while impaired, court records said. Deutz was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail, with 178 days stayed, pay a $700 fine and two years probation, with conditions including serve two days in jail with credit for 2 days already served, obtain a chemical use assessment and abide by laws.

MARSHALL - Angela Dawn Olson, 33, of Marshall pleaded innocent in Lyon County District Court May 1 to charges of theft by wrongfully obtaining assistance and four counts of perjury charges, court records said. A complaint alleges Olson failed to report information leading to an overpayment of benefits of more than $7,000. A pretrial hearing was set for Aug. 10. A trial date was set for Aug. 15, with a date certain of Oct. 10.
