MARSHALL - A report was sent to Probation for a possible probation violation on a Marshall man, 30, in an incident reported at 5:51 a.m. Monday on the 500 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A verbal argument was reported at 11:25 p.m. Sunday on the 500 block of Carlson Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A burglary incident reported at 10:12 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of Mason Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Kayaks were reported washed away at 9:34 p.m. Sunday on the 1000 block of Country Club Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A cellular phone reported found at 9:31 p.m. Sunday on West Main Street was returned to its owner, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A damage to property incident was reported at 8:28 p.m. Sunday on East Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD - A Cottonwood boy, 8, was bitten by a dog in an incident reported at 8:21 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of Lindsay Drive, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. The bite was cleaned and the dog was quarantined, the Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 40, turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 8:13 p.m. Sunday at the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A bicycle reported found at 6:41 p.m. Sunday on the 600 block of Lawrence Street was taken to the garage, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2003 Chevrolet was damaged when it was struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit and run incident reported at 3:07 p.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Ghent man, 23, was cited for having no Minnesota driver's license in a traffic related complaint reported at 2:51 p.m. Sunday on West Redwood Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 1996 Chrysler was damaged when it was struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit and run incident reported at 12:09 p.m. Sunday on the 100 block of North 3rd Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD - Parties in a harassment incident reported at 6:51 p.m. Friday on the 400 block of Grant Street were counseled, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

TRACY - A theft incident was reported at 2:27 p.m. Friday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

GHENT - A verbal argument was reported at 11:54 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of Chapman Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.
