TRACY - An alcohol related incident was reported at 1:45 a.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - Music was shut off and a verbal warning was given in a noise complaint reported at 12:53 a.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 25, was cited for failing to comply with an impound order and possession of a small amount of marijuana in an incident reported at 10:49 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North 7th Street and Fairview, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL - A Russell girl, 9, was bitten by a dog in an incident reported at 8:59 p.m. Tuesday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said. The girl was treated at the Marshall emergency room and the dog was quarantined, the Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A trespassing notice was served in an incident reported at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday near Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 31, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 7:10 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of Kendall Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A juvenile female was returned home in a runaway incident reported at 6:31 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Horizon Drive, Marshall Police said. Probation and Human Services were notified, Police said.

MARSHALL - A Porter man, 28, turned himself in on Kandiyohi County and Pipestone County warrants in an incident reported at 1:18 p.m. Tuesday at the Law Enforcement Center, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of terroristic threats, fifth degree assault, receiving stolen property, open bottle, exhibition driving, disorderly conduct, fleeing police in a motor vehicle, and fleeing police on foot charges on a Grantsburg, Wis., man, 23, in an incident reported at 3:37 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a boys' bicycle valued at $130 was reported at 12:01 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A passport was reported lost at 11:41 a.m. Tuesday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A fraud incident reported at 10:40 a.m. Tuesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A verbal warning was given for theft of services in an incident reported at 9:54 a.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A sign reported found at 9:39 a.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of Peterson Street was returned to its owner, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 8:56 a.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of F Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a property damage accident reported at 6:08 a.m. Wednesday on East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 1998 International school bus driven by a Marshall woman, 67, received light damage and a 2003 Pontiac driven by a Marshall woman, 30, received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 7:41 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Legion Field Road and Minnesota Highway 19, Marshall Police said.
