A motorcyclist from St. Cloud was injured when she struck a deer while driving on Minnesota Highway 68, one mile east of Porter, at 8:44 p.m. Monday, the Minnesota State Patrol said.
Nikitta Clark, 22, was traveling eastbound on a 2003 Suzi MC on Highway 68 at the time of the incident, State Patrol said. She was brought to Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center, and was treated and released for minor injuries.
Clark was wearing a helmet.
The motorcycle sustained moderate damage.
The Lyon County Sheriff's Department assisted State Patrol at the scene.
