ORDINANCE NO. 653, SECOND SERIES
FOR PUBLICATION
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CHAPTER 6 & 7 OF THE CITY CHARTER OF THE CITY OF
MARSHALL MINNESOTA
On March 27, 2012, the City Council for the City of Marshall, Minnesota ("City") adopted an Ordinance Amending Chapter 6 Administration of City Affairs, Sec. 6-05 Purchases and Contracts, Section 6.06 Contracts how let; and Chapter 7 Taxes and Finance, Section 7.05. Preparation of the annual budget, Section 7.10 Disbursements how made, and Section 7.11. Funds to be kept. The Ordinance serves the purpose of creating a designated fund and amending various financial policies.
It is herby determined that publication of this Title and Summary Ordinance will clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of Ordinance No. 653, Second Series. A copy of the entire Ordinance will be posted at the Marshall City Hall.
It is hereby directed that only the above Title and Summary of Ordinance No. 653, Second Series be published conforming to Minnesota Statutes 331A.01 with the following:
