SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 650, SECOND SERIES
FOR PUBLICATION
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CHAPTER 86 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF MARSHALL, MINNESOTA
On March 27, 2012, the City Council for the City of Marshall, Minnesota ("City") adopted an Ordinance Amending City Code of Ordinances, Chapter 86-Zoning, Article IV-Zoning District Regulations, Sec. 86-106 I-1 Limited Industrial District. The Ordinance serves the purpose of amending the permitted uses in the I-1 Limited Industrial District.
It is herby determined that publication of this Title and Summary Ordinance will clearly inform the public of the intent and effect of Ordinance No. 650, Second Series. A copy of the entire Ordinance will be posted at the Marshall City Hall.
It is hereby directed that only the above Title and Summary of Ordinance No. 650, Second Series be published conforming to Minnesota Statutes 331A.01 with the following:
