Hello Mustang Fans!
I would like to thank Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce and Cal Brink, the Executive Director, for inviting me to speak at the Marshall Leadership Academy (MLA) graduation on Monday. It was a wonderful program with testimonials and project presentations from the MLA Class of 2012. It was exciting to hear the enthusiasm shared by the entire graduating class on the positive learning experience the MLA provided them.
The next Mustang Booster Club event will be the David and Carol Drown SMSU Golf Classic. The Golf Classic is an 18-hole, five-person scramble tournament being held on June 15 at the Marshall Golf Club, followed by the awards ceremony, a meal, live and silent auctions, and games lasting all evening.
The event will conclude the event with an 18-hole, five-person scramble tournament at the Tyler Golf Club on June 16 with an awards ceremony and social following the event. Please put these two events down on your calendar today.
