NOTICE OF HEARING FOR AN OUTLET
INTO JOINT DITCH # 24 YM&L
Notice is hereby given that Ruth Loe, Florance Gredvig, Gerald Aamodt and Melissa Loe have filed a petition with Yellow Medicine and Lyon Counties requesting to use JD #24 as an outlet to drainage the following properties.
South 1/2 of the South 1/2, Section 5 of Lucas Township and the North 1/2 Section 8 of Lucas Township in Lyon County.
You are further notified that a special hearing has been ordered to be held in the boardroom at the Yellow Medicine County Courthouse in Granite Falls, MN on Tuesday, April 10 at 1:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to consider an outlet for tile into Joint Ditch 24 YM&L.
