MARSHALL - A juvenile matter reported at 8:55 a.m. Thursday on the 600 block of Main Street was referred to Human Services, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A driver's license was found and returned to its owner in an incident reported at 9:01 a.m. Thursday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A driver's license was found in an incident reported at 1:01 p.m. Thursday on the 300 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Tyler man, 41, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1:57 p.m. Thursday on the 600 block of North Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of shoes was reported at 5:50 p.m. Thursday on the 1200 block of Susan Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall boy, 8, was treated at the Marshall emergency room and a dog was quarantined in an animal bite incident reported at 8:49 p.m. Thursday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Parties were counseled in a harassment incident reported at 9:09 p.m. Thursday on the 500 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Burglary reported at 10:40 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of West Saratoga Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Milroy man, 24, was cited for public consumption in an incident reported at 1:14 a.m. Friday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Lost keys were reported at 3:27 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

GARVIN - Parties were counseled in a harassment incident reported at 3:46 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of 4th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 5:34 p.m. Thursday on O'Connell Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 1999 Ford driven by a Woodstock man, 21, received no damage and a 2002 Buick driven by a Slayton woman, 79, received light damage in a property damage accident reported at 5:43 p.m. Thursday on the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.
