With sunny and warm conditions, the weather was perfect for a pair of St. Patrick's Day parades in Marshall Saturday and in Lucan on Sunday afternoon.
A good-sized crowd lined Main Street in Marshall for the parade that began at 3:17 p.m.

Marshall's parade units included ones from the Foley, Doyle and Sullivan families, as well as the Holy Redeemer School band, several area businesses and local emergency vehicles.
Darv Ekness of the Wooden Nickel served as the Marshall parade's grand marshal.
