LYON COUNTY - A subject was counseled in an incident reported at 8:10 p.m. Tuesday on the 2700 block of Lyon County Road 9, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - Graffiti painted on the bridges was reported at 9:54 a.m. Tuesday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A threat incident reported at 1:42 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of South 6th Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 55-year-old man was picked up on a warrant in an incident reported at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of North 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Use of a BB gun reported at 4:41 p.m. Tuesday on the intersection of Lilac Drive and Timberlane Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 45-year-old man was cited for no proof of insurance in an incident reported at 6:52 p.m. Tuesday on the intersection of Jewett Street and College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 25-year-old woman was cited for no proof of insurance in an incident reported at 10 p.m. Tuesday in the Slumberland parking lot, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

LYON COUNTY - A report was not in on a property damage accident reported at 5:33 p.m. Tuesday on 250th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

RENVILLE COUNTY - A Westbrook woman was injured in a personal injury accident reported at 10:06 a.m. Wednesday on Minnesota Highway 19, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 1996 Jeep driven by Tanya Murphy of Westbrook was demolished when a vehicle forced her to the shoulder and caused the vehicle to slide down the slope into a tree, Patrol said. Murphy was taken to the Redwood Falls Hospital where she was treated and released for injuries, Patrol said.
