MARSHALL - A report is being sent to the city attorney for consideration of charges of crossing guard violation in an incident reported at 3:37 p.m. Friday on the intersection of East Saratoga Street and James Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An animal complaint incident was reported at 4:05 p.m. Friday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A violation of an order for protection incident reported at 7:07 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of South 5th Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 24, was arrested for third degree DWI in an incident reported at 1:05 a.m. Saturday on West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 57, was cited for driving after revocation, displaying revoked license plates and no proof of insurance in an incident reported at 10:16 a.m. Saturday in the Freedom lot, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A bicycle was found and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11:21 a.m. Saturday on the intersection of Cheryl Avenue and Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.

CHIPPEWA?COUNTY?- A?Granite Falls man was injured in a personal injury accident reported at 9:09 p.m. Friday one-and-a-half miles north of Ashbury on Chippewa County Road 5, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 1999 Chevrolet driven by Travis Levitz was demolished when it left the roadway and rolled onto its right side, Patrol said. Levitz received minor injuries, Patrol said.
