MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of first degree DWI, driving after revocation and possession of a small amount of marijuana charges on a Marshall man, 34, in an incident reported at 1:39 a.m. Thursday on U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 9:08 p.m. Wednesday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 1996 Jeep was damaged when struck by an unknown vehicle in an hit and run incident reported at 6:41 p.m. Wednesday on the 800 block of Erie Road, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of refusal to test and second degree DWI charges on a Marshall man, 24, in an incident reported at 3:39 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A verbal argument was reported at 2:56 p.m. Wednesday on Redwood County Road 20, the Lyon County Sheriff's department said.

MARSHALL - A juvenile matter reported at 2:48 p.m. Wednesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - The owner of a license plate reported found at 2:14 p.m. Wednesday was contacted, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Damage to grass caused by a vehicle was reported at 1:51 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of South Highway 23, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Vehicle windows were reported damaged in an incident reported at 9:28 a.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Hackberry Drive, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 2005 Dodge driven by a Willmar man, 26, was destroyed when it lost control on ice and struck a traffic light pole in a crash reported at 8:12 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West College Drive and West Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.
