NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETING
Project Y80: Walker Lane / Park Avenue Reconstruction Project
Project Z02: South High Street Reconstruction Project

A Public Informational meeting will be held in the Conference Room of Marshall Municipal Utilities located at 113 South 4th Street at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 (please enter through the side entrance door on the south side of the building) regarding the following projects:
Project Y80: Walker Lane / Park Avenue Reconstruction Project-- This project involves the replacement of watermain and sanitary sewer utilities and street reconstruction. The proposed project will reconstruct Walker Lane and Park Avenue and described utilities south from East Redwood Street to East Marshall Street. The estimated cost of the improvement is $354,000.
Project Z02: South High Street Reconstruction Project -- This project involves the replacement of watermain, sanitary sewer and storm sewer utilities, and street reconstruction. The proposed project will reconstruct the street and described utilities on South High Street from East College Drive to East Marshall Street. The estimated cost of the improvement is $427,000.
The properties affected by this project/the area proposed to be assessed for such improvement are those properties within, abutting and/or in the storm sewer watershed/drainage area of each of the above?described project areas.
Director of Public Works/City Engineer Glenn Olson will conduct a presentation and answer questions at the informational meetings.
The Public Hearing on Improvement for the above-referenced projects will be conducted by the City Council of Marshall, Minnesota, on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 5:30 P.M. in the Professional Development Room of the Marshall Middle School located at 401 South Saratoga Street in Marshall, Minnesota.
