ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS
WINDSTAR PARK PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT
CITY OF MARSHALL, MINNESOTA
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The City of Marshall, Minnesota, will receive proposals in the Office of the City Clerk at 344 West Main Street until 2:00 P.M., on Thursday, February 23, 2012, for the following:
WINDSTAR PARK PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT
All proposals shall be made on the proposal forms of the City.
Proposals shall be directed to the City Clerk/Financial Director, securely sealed and marked "Windstar Park Playground Equipment" endorsed upon the outside wrapper. Multiple proposals may be included in the same envelope.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informalities in the proposal process.
Specifications are on file at the office of the City Engineer at 344 West Main Street (507?537?6773). Vendors who desire specifications may secure them from the City Engineer.
Proposals will be considered by the City Council at 5:30 P.M. on March 13, 2012 in the Professional Development Room of the Marshall Middle School located at 401 South Saratoga Street in Marshall, Minnesota.
No proposer may withdraw his bid for at least 60 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
