TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 6:49 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of 3rd Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A fraud incident reported at 6:21 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A bicycle reported stolen at 5:52 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street was located and returned to its owner, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A fraud incident was reported at 4:57 p.m. Monday on the 700 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA - A theft incident was reported at 2:46 p.m. Monday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A theft reported at 2:32 p.m. Monday happened in Minneota, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 24, was arrested on a Crow Wing County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 2:15 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Paint in a vandalism incident reported at 1:18 p.m. Monday was removed, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A bicycle reported found at 10:33 a.m. Monday was brought to the garage, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - Juveniles were released to Human Services in an incident reported at 10:24 a.m. Monday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - Drivers exchanged information in a property damage accident reported at 5:16 p.m. Monday at the intersection of West Saratoga Street and Hamden Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 1997 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall man, 48, and a 2004 Ford driven by a Marshall woman, 47, both received moderate damage in a property damage accident reported at 8:11 a.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Horizon Drive, Marshall Police said.
