The Lake Wilson Economic Development Authority will be accepting sealed bids for the Lake Wilson Schwan's Call Center, 440 Paul Avenue, Lake Wilson, MN. Bids can be mailed to the City of Lake Wilson PO Box 128, Lake Wilson, MN 56151 or dropped off with the City Clerk at 110 N Broadway Ave, Lake Wilson, MN 56151 by November 1st, 2011. To tour/inspect building please contact Karen Hurd 507-760-1255; or Lee York 507-227-2724; interested parties can request a floor plan at Minnwest Bank South in Lake Wilson, MN. Bids will be opened November 1st @ 7:00 p.m. at the City Municipal Building. Bidders need be present to increase bid if so desired. At time of the bid award, 10% down will be required with closing to be by January 1, 2012. The Lake Wilson Economic Development Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
