The City of Marshall will be accepting proposals for the lease of storage space to provide secure storage of automobiles or other property used, owned or confiscated by the Marshall Police Dept. The following are the specifications needed for the storage space & agreement:
*Min. 3000 sq ft
*1 or 2 overhead garage doors, 2 remote control garage door openers & a key to walk in door to said premises
*Either a cement floor and/or adequate ventilation to prevent mold issues with stored vehicles or property
*3 yr contract with payment schedule of Jan. 1st & July 1st of each year
*Utilities and snow removal by lessor
The proposals shall be submitted in an enclosed envelope clearly identifying what the proposal is for and returned on or before October 26, 2011 by noon.
