Regarding the Redetermination of Benefits to County Ditch 70.

As provide by MN Statute 103MN Statute 103E.351 the Lyon County Board of Commissioners acting as the "Drainage Authority" will hold a public informational meeting regarding the redetermination of benefits on land draining into County Ditch 70. The meeting will provide information to landowners regarding the process to redetermine benefits. The Drainage Authority may appoint three viewers to proceed with the redetermination of benefits.
