AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CHANGE OF USE OF PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF LYND, MINNESOTA.
The City Council of the City of Lynd does hereby Ordain:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to City Code Section 16.605 the City Council of the City of Lynd does hereby amend the zoning Map referenced in Section 16.202 of the Lynd City Code to provide as follows:
That Lots 1, 2 and 3 in Block 1 of the New Lynd Addition to the City of Lynd, Minnesota, from Residential Multi Family (R2) to General Business (B1);
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication.
