LYON?COUNTY?- A?Marshall man, 24, was cited for driving after revocation in an incident reported at 1:04 a.m. Thursday on U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A school bus stop arm violation reported at 8:18 a.m. Wednesday on the intersection of Stephen Drive and Patricia Court is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A black and brown cat was taken to animal impound in an animal complaint reported at 10:27 a.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of Cedar Lane, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A criminal sexual incident reported at 10:32 a.m. Wednesday at Southwest Minnesota State University is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL?- A Tracy man, 23, was cited and arrested for domestic abuse, no contact after violation and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11:44 a.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Winchester Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A?beagle was taken to animal impound in an animal complaint reported at 5:01 p.m. Wednesday on the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said. After fees were paid, the dog was released to its owners, Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 31, was arrested and cited for obstructing legal process and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 10:13 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL -?A?Marshall man, 19, was arrested for fourth degree DWI and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 1 a.m. Thursday on the intersection of East College Drive and High Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL A report is being sent to the city attorney for consideration of fourth degree DWI and third degree refusal to test charges on a Red Wing man, 47, in an incident reported at 1:35 a.m. Thursday on the intersection of Bruce Street and Pine Street, Marshall Police said.
