Culligan, Berndt
MARSHALL - Susan Culligan and Dustin Berndt announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Don and Kim Culligan of Marshall, Sondra Mattke of Owatonna and Mike and Nancy Berndt of Owatonna. Culligan is a 2007 graduate of Owatonna High School and a 2010 graduate from The Art Institute of Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in graphic design. She is employed at Mills Fleet Farm corporate office in Appleton, Wis., as an advertising specialist. Berndt is a 2006 graduate of Owatonna High School and a 2010 graduate of Winona State University with a degree in business administration. He is employed as an assistant manager with Mills Fleet Farm corporate office in Waupaca, Wis. The couple plans a Sept. 24, 2011, wedding at St. John's Lutheran Church in Owatonna.
