Beebout-Bladholm earns doctorate
Toni Beebout-Bladholm, a Marshall High School English teacher, has received her doctor of philosophy in education degree from Capella University in Minneapolis.
Her dissertation was titled, "Teachers' Responses to Bullying Situations: The Elements That Influence Intervention."
