To the editor:
I am writing to find out how a restraining order is supposed to work, because I have one against a woman and she has violated it several times, and the judge lets her go and tells her to just stay away from me and not to do it again.
Is it supposed to be that if you violate that you go to jail and get it on your record? I don't understand how she can get away with it so many times.
Can someone please explain to me how?
