MARSHALL - Nicole Drager and Tom Ruud announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Cathy and Jerry Drager of Marshall and Kathy Ruud of Marshall and Ron and Lonnie Ruud of Sioux Falls, S.D. Drager is a graduate of Marshall High School and Southwest Minnesota State University. She is a middle school science teacher with Montevideo public schools. Ruud is a graduate of Marshall High School and Bemidji State University. He is employed at Schwan Food Co. The couple plans an Aug. 20, 2011, wedding in Cottonwood.
