NOTICE OF HEARING TO MOVE A DWELLING INTO A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
Application has been filed by Richard Doom, Marshall, Minnesota, to move a dwelling in the City of Marshall pursuant to City Code Chapter 18. The proposed location is 305 South Bruce Street (Belvedere Estates Addition, Block 2, Lot 3, except the south 5 feet of Lot 3). The existing location is 602 Charles Avenue (Morningside Heights Addition, Block 7, Lot 3 and easterly 30 feet of Block 7, Lot 2), Marshall, Minnesota.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held on the application before the Marshall City Council in the Conference Room, Marshall Middle School, 401 South Saratoga Street at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, July 26, 2011, at which hearing affected property owners and members of the public will be given an opportunity to be heard.
