2011 Park Side South Parking Lot

The Board of Education will receive sealed bids in duplicate for the Park Side South Parking Lot Project for Marshall Public Schools for Independent School District #413, Marshall, Minnesota. Bids shall be delivered to the office of the Director of Business Services, District Office, Marshall Middle School, on or before 1:30 P.M. CDT, Wednesday, July 20th, 2011, at which time bids will be taken to the Board Room, publicly opened and read aloud.
Form of Proposal and Specifications will be on file at the office of Director of Business Services, District #413, 401 South Saratoga Street, Marshall, Minnesota.
Documents will be available for bidding on or after July 1, 2011.
All bids must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check or Bid Bond payable to Independent School District #413, Marshall, Minnesota, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. No bid may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids without consent of Owner.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
