at a tax judgement sale of lands for delinquent taxes are for the years of 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011 will expire sixty days after service of notice and the filling of proof thereof in my office as provided by law, and the names of the persons to whom the same are assessed has been posted in my office subject to public inspection as required by law.
