NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A REQUEST HAS BEEN MADE to the Lyon County Planning and Zoning Administrator by Ricky Christiansen for a variance to construct a storage shed (30'x40') eight feet (8') from the side and rear property lines. This is a seventeen foot (17') side yard and rear yard variance request. (This structure will replace existing sheds on the property). The area representing the request is zoned agricultural. The property is described as follows:
All that part of the South half of the Northwest Quarter (S1/2 NW1/4) of Section 9, Township 112 North, Range 41 West (Fairview Township), as recorded in Document 125730 and Book 168 of Deeds, Page 228 in the Lyon County Recorder's Office, Marshall, Minnesota.
A Public Hearing on the Variance Request will be held by the Lyon County Board of Adjustments in Commissioner's Rooms 1 and 2 of the Lyon County Government Center, Marshall, Minnesota, on Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at 7:30 p.m.
