MARSHALL - Krystle Marie Maertens and Bryon Robert Drietz announce their engagement. Parents of the couple are Julie and Chad Banish of Ghent, Donald Drietz of Canby and Evelyn Drietz of Canby. Maertens is a graduate of Minneota High School and graduated from Minnesota West Technical College with a degree in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse/infection control nurse at the Minneota Manor Health Care Center in Minneota. Drietz is a graduate of Canby High School and a graduate of Lake Area Technical Institute with a degree in diesel mechanics. He is employed at Titan Machinery in Marshall. A June 11, 2011, wedding is planned at Liberty Park in Marshall with a reception and dance to follow at the Marshall Golf Club.
