To the editor:
The governor of Wisconsin (article of April 1 in the Independent) has an idea that makes great sense and should be adopted by the state of Minnesota to be used on the high school level - that Minnesota School Per Pupil tax money should not be used to pay for Minnesota high school students to go to an outstate school.
If the schools/student have no allegiance to their home community, then let them foot their own bill to further their education in another state.
