NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the Lyon County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at 10:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Room of the Lyon County Government Center, Marshall, Minnesota. The hearing is to consider amendments to the Don DeLanghe Conditional Use Permit for his feedlot granted on August 21, 2007 and recorded in Document 172846 in the Lyon County Recorder's Office.
