Swan Lake presents Beth Moore simulcast April 24

Swan Lake Church, in conjunction with Church Communication Network, will present Bible teacher Beth Moore Saturday, April 24, live via satellite on CCN.

Founder of the world-wide Living Proof Ministry, Moore is the author of numerous books including "Breaking Free," "Believing God" and "Get Out of That Pit."

The simulcast is based on her newest book, "So Long Insecurity: you've been a bad friend to us." The book looks at common sources of female insecurity - the unattainable perfection of media images; dependence on a man's love as ultimate validation; and success that is defined by money, power and status.

"So Long, Insecurity" is a five 1/2 hour, one-day event. Teaching sessions will be presented by Moore with praise and worship led by Travis Cottrell and his band.

To register, go to or call 507-423-6697. Registration deadline is April 14. The church is located at 147 E. 4th St. in Cottonwood.
