SMSU women’s golf signs 3 high school standouts
Southwest Minnesota State University women's golf head coach Ross Webskowski announced that Marissa Campeau from Osceola, Wis., Rachel Patnoe from Milbank, S.D. and Jessica Williams from New Richmond, Wis., have signed letters of intent to continue their academic and golf careers at SMSU.
Campeau is currently a senior at St. Croix Falls High School and a four-year letterwinner and four-time all-conference honoree.
An all-state honorable mention this past fall, Cameau finished with an 80-stroke average during her senior season.
Patnoe is a senior at Milbank High School where she is a five-year letterwinner and has placed four times in the top 10 at the South Dakota State Class A High School Tournament, including a runner-up finish in 2008.
Patnoe helped Milbank to back-to-back state runner-up finishes in 2008 and 2009.
Williams is currently a senior at New Richmond High School where she is a four-year letterwinner and is a two-time team Most Valuable Player.
A two-time all-conference honoree, Williams holds the school record for lowest season average and lowest 18-hole score.
