VERDI - Services for Angela K. Otkin, 92 of Verdi, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. John's Lutheran Church in Lake Benton. Visitation will be from 3-6 p.m. Sunday with a prayer service at 5:30 p.m. at the church. Burial will be at St. John's/Immanuel Cemetery in Verdi Township. Arrangements are provided by Hartquist Funeral Home, Utoft-Johansen Chapel in Lake Benton.
She died Friday, Nov. 6, 2009, at Sunrise Manor Nursing Home in Tyler.
She was born June 26, 1917, to William Frederick and Lydia Earnestine JoAnna (Harder) Willert on a farm in Lake Benton Township.
Survivors include her three children, Lester of Verdi, Corlys Griebel of Pipestone, and Arvid of Lake Benton; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Bernadeen Dombeck of Brookings, S.D.
