MONTEVIDEO - Services for Evelyn A. Ness-Bauman, 91, of Montevideo, formerly of Walnut Grove, will be at 11 a.m. today at Tracy Lutheran Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Burial is at the Tracy City Cemetery. The Almlie Funeral Home of Tracy is in charge of arrangements.

She died Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009 at the Luther Haven Nursing Home in Montevideo.

She was born on Sept. 15, 1918, to Anton and Elise Ness in McClusky, N.D.

Survivors include her daughter, Winnifred Severson of Clarkfield; brother, Paul Ness of Dillsburg, Pa.; sister, June Kvam of Montevideo; three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and 12 great great-grandchildren.
